Dana moved to Raleigh 11 years ago and has worked in the customer service and health care industry for the past 15 years. She enjoys watching sports, especially her Bears and Cubs. She appreciates quality time with her family and friends and loves doing anything outdoors (especially with her 2 pups). She is a passionate supporter of a healthy lifestyle and an avid runner. She has a strong desire to help people succeed and reach their goals, which makes Dana a significant key player on our team. As an Account Manager, Dana handles all client service related inquiries, responsible for setting up new accounts, and managing day to day operations as well. When Dana takes on a task, she sees it to completion and gets it done in a quick and efficient matter. Dana’s enthusiastic and competitive style has become a necessary part of our team at UPstream.
